On site assessment visit: Nick will attend the appointment to discuss your boundary requirements, He will discuss different structural options and materials to suit your budget. We look at access to the property and boundary with other factors to provide the most competitive quotation. How long till I get a price: We aim to get a written quotation to you within 3 working days, the quotations often has a few different options for your consideration, the quotations are valid for 6 months.

Lead time for wood and other materials: Fenceit holds a large amount of fencing materials in stock. The timber is supplied direct from the sawmills, and the concrete is purchased in large volumes, this minimises material delays. We use British grown timber as often as possible. If you are having bespoke items made production can take 4/5 weeks.

Lead times for fencing installations: As a guide we are normally booking approx. 8/10 weeks in advance for your installation. The weather rarely holds us back and we usually run to time. You will be kept informed by our office team if there are any changes to your installation date or appointment time. Environmental kindness Fenceit removes all the old fencing from your gardens, which is always included in your quotation, we adhere to our environmental policy and recycle your old fencing in a professional manor.

What maintenance will wooden fencing need? All our timber is pressure treated and preserved for outdoor use, we recommend treating your fence or gate every 18 months with a preservative. (Ronseal) is a good one, this has 3 types of preservative defence.

Wet rot, dry rot, and insect infestation. From an aesthetic or design aspect, Ronseal offers many choices in colour as a backdrop to your garden.

  • Once the invoice has been settled your 2-year warranty starts. When your payment has been received we will send you confirmation of receipt and you will receive an aftercare pack on how to maintain your new stylish fence or gate.
